Trulli 1859 consists of a cluster of 4 independent trulli and lamie. Built around a lovely garden an almost village like atmosphere is created, with lots of private and a few common spaces.
There is also a vegetable patch for guests to harvest their own vegetables and a vineyard, belonging to the property.
Chiara, the kind owner, is truly marvellous at interior styling and at giving new life to old things. Every part of the property feels utterly charming, comfortable, fresh and unique. Much thought and enthusiasm has gone into restoring this property which belonged to Chiara’s ancestors. It really is all about the details!
Lamia Piccola, the previous tools room, is the smallest of the apartments. It offers a cosy kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and private patio.
Trulli 1859 is located in a very small hamlet of other trulli and gives guests a glimpse of real life in the Apulian countryside.
Walking through the gates of Trulli 1859 one leaves the outside world behind and enters into a joyful and calm haven with colourful flowers and beauty everywhere.
