Trullo Dell’Aqua is anything but a simple abode in the countryside. It was originally built in the early 1800’s as a traditional trulli farmhouse but can now be described as an extraordinary villa.
Set in more than 2 hectares of private land and in one of the most beautiful corners of the Valle D’Itria, this property is almost like a fairytale castle- magical, exciting and romantic. The rooms are spacious and filled with wonderful unique furniture, keepsakes and pieces of art, all sourced in different parts of the world.
The style is playful and unconventional but very classy at the same time. Partly almost rustic, partly very refined but always exquisite and of high quality.
There are 5 bedrooms in total, 2 of which with ensuite bathrooms (one of them is accessible only from the outside); 2 very well-equipped kitchens, a spacious living area with fireplace and a gorgeous dining area in the old stable. Outside seating areas are plentiful and the pool is gorgeous!
There is also a Hamam, an indoor pool, a cinema room that both can be rented separately upon request and last but not least, a wonderfully kind housekeeper who looks after guests for 3 hours daily, 6 days a week. Plus many extra services and experiences can be arranged.
However, this is not a place for style over substance- aside from all the comfort, also the environment was kept in mind: electricity is produced by solar and photovoltaic panels on the roof.
The well-travelled and creative owners managed to keep true to the origins of the property and its location while adding their own character and life experiences. It is a place of passion and love- for Puglia, for life and for everything beautiful.
“I wanted to thank you for your support in booking this property for our holiday.
We love this place and Ludovica was very kind and accommodating.”
