How can I find out if a property is available?

When can I expect an answer?

On weekdays we will get back to you within 24 hours. If you send us your request during the weekend, we can only guarantee an answer by the following Monday.

How can I make a booking?

You can reserve by email, via the contact form or by calling us. We will get back to you with the availability and a quotation as soon as possible.

When and how do I pay?

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 45 days before arrival.

How much is the cancellation fee?

Up to 90 days before arrival: refund minus €50 fee; 90-45 days: 30% of total; 44-31 days: 60%; 30-0 days: 100% of the total stay rate.

Can I take my pet with me?

Only if the description of the property explicitly mentions that pets are allowed. Pets must be confirmed by Cielo di Puglia ahead of your trip.

What is included in the rates?

Rates include VAT, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning. Heating costs are usually calculated according to consumption at check out.

Are there fixed arrival and departure days?

During high season, arrival and departure is usually Saturday. During quieter months, arrival and departure can be any time of the week for most properties.

Do I have to pay if I damage anything at the property?

A security deposit in cash is required upon arrival. It will be refunded at check out, minus any additional services used or damages to the property.

How do I move around in Puglia?
